SAO PAULO, Nov 20 (Sw) - Sao Paulo have won their fourth Brazilian title after drawing against Atletico Paranaense.
Their last remaining rival, Internacional, lost at Parana to make the draw sufficient for the championship.
Not that Tricolor flourished, with Paranaense keeping equal tread all along. Rogerio Ceni had to make a save just before time to secure the title prematurely.
Sao Paulo now ranks with Corinthians, Palmeiras and Flamengo as the clubs with the most titles.
