LONDON, Nov 22 (Sw) - West Ham United are ready to bid for Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips, according to the Sun tabloid.

Wright-Phillips is out of the picture at Chelsea following his bank-breaking move from Manchester City eighteen months ago.

West Ham's finances have swelled since the takeover by an Icelandian consortium this week.
