VALENCIA, Nov 19 (SW) - Injuries to David Villa and Edu have added to the squad selection problems that Valencia manager Quique Sánchez Flores already has to deal with.
Edu was stretched off with a knee injury during Valencia’s defeat to Sevilla and doctors have said they are, "90 per cent certain that Edu has torn his anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee."
David Villa is also thought to have picked up an ankle injury during the same match and may join Emiliano Moretti, Carlos Marchena, Jaime Gavilan, David Albelda and Asier del Horno on the sidelines.
